The Sanctuary

Recovery and community in Hang Dong

Baya is a premium wellness sanctuary in Hang Dong designed for deep recovery, contrast therapy and conscious community. Nestled in the quiet rice fields of Hang Dong, with mountain skylines, our space blends organic bamboo architecture with the natural environment to create a grounded escape where you can slow down and reconnect.

What we offer

Cedar ice baths

Custom-built cedar tubs with chillers and filters, kept clean and cold for every session. No waiting in line.

Sauna

An immersive wood-fired sauna to warm up before or after the ice bath.

Contrast therapy

Rounds of steam, sauna and ice bath, back to back. Perfect for recovery after training.

Herbal steam

Botanical-infused herbal steam using local Thai herbs. Deep, aromatic heat to clear airways and melt away muscle tension.

Yoga & workshops

Regular yoga, pilates, breathwork and sound healing sessions, plus wellness workshops of all kinds in our bamboo sala.

Community hub

A place to meet people who like this stuff as much as you do.

Saltwater pool

Cool off and float between rounds in our saltwater pool, surrounded by gardens.

Organic café

An eco-friendly, plastic-free café with fresh, local, mostly organic food, fruit shakes, juices and specialty coffee.

The space

The bamboo sala

The yoga sala is the heart of Baya. We're keeping the bamboo structure as it is and renovating everything around it.

When it's done, the sala will host our yoga, pilates, breathwork and sound healing sessions and workshops.
